Terms

mmmizu plans trips. It's good at it, but it isn't infallible — please read the bit about checking things before you go.

What mmmizu is

mmmizu has a conversation with you about what you'd like to do, then writes a day-by-day itinerary from it. Itineraries are written by an AI, using real place data from Google. It's a planning tool, not a travel agency: we don't book anything, we don't take payment for anything on your trip, and we have no relationship with the places we suggest.

Check things before you go

This is the important one. Opening hours change, restaurants close, venues need booking ahead, and an AI can be confidently wrong. Everything in your itinerary is a suggestion to check, not a reservation or a guarantee. Confirm anything that matters — especially somewhere you'd be disappointed to arrive and find shut — directly with the venue before you rely on it.

Please also use your own judgement on safety, accessibility, local laws and customs, and anything health-related. We can't know your circumstances and we don't check suggestions against them.

Using it fairly

Use mmmizu to plan real trips. Don't try to break it, script it, resell it, or use it to send anything to people who didn't ask to hear from you. We limit how often the expensive parts can run — if you hit one of those limits during normal use, wait a moment and carry on.

If you invite people to a trip, only invite people who'd want the invitation. Their email address is used for that trip and nothing else.

What you write

What you tell us in the conversation stays yours. You give us permission to use it to build your itinerary and run the product. We use it to plan your trip, not to train models.

Where we stand

mmmizu is offered as-is, and it's early — things will occasionally break, and we may change or stop parts of it. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for what happens on your trip, for a place that turned out to be closed, or for plans made on the strength of an itinerary. Nothing here takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
